Weekend Madness 2009!

I haven’t blogged in a few but i don’t like to blog on my iphone…

My weekend started with the most awful game of baseball i have ever seen! Chrischin team lost in a ten run rule… they threw away an undefeated season.  i guess they just had an off night. It was ridiculous, I am going to leave the details out because I  will re-live the anger lol. We went to bed early cause Saturday was gonna be a looooong day!

Saturday was REALFEST. We had to get up at 5:45 to be in clearwater by 7:30(which later turned into 8:30 GIRRR) We picked up my cousin Glorio (Gloria) and her friend Chloe, which we renamed to Cholrio. One thing you have to know about Christopher and I, is that we ALWAYS get lost wherever we go. We usually get there on time, but we get lost at least once every time we have to travel outside of Dade City/San Ann. Chlorio began to tell us that she had been over the Howard Franklin like 4 times over the past few days and with us it would make it 6, Well because of me i guess, we missed the turn and had to cross it an extra 2 times!!! hahah Christopher didn’t like that too much but again, we ALWAYS get lost, oh and we got lost trying to find a McDonalds too.=) We finally arrived at REALFEST at 8:00 we walked around and found stuff to do until Christopher’s band played. It was such a beautiful day! a little windy but it was still pleasant. Christopher’s band Lest I Sleep formerly known as Marty’s Prayer, totally tore the stage up with their brootalness, which was def worth all of the wait. check them out on myspace…anyway the rest of the day was pretty chill, we didn’t do much more but sneak out to BK and watch a few more bands some good, and some not so good. One band i was totally excited was Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. They sure know how to entertain, and they were amazing as usual.  After that we rode home after a day of face melting music!

 

Sunday Meg and i taught Sunday School with the little kiddies, they were actually really good even on a rainy day. Granted, they asked about going outside like a billion times, but we had a great time. Those kids are awesome we are blessed to have such an amazing goup. After we finished we went to Sonny’s for lunch with the crew, and then i had to go shopping for megs b-day present! Even though i love to shop i was really tired and wanted to go take a nap, that def didnt happen! lol Christopher and I went to7 stores in the lakeland mall, went to Christopher’s house and i got ready in 6 hours. Well, the more i say that the less impressed i am…lol For Meg’s b-day we went to Cheescake Factory for dinner, it was great! Then We headed over to Hard Rock to play the slots. I lost $11.00, ashley won 3.00, and meg one $102.00!!! I guess it was her lucky day after her b-day! Happy Birthday Meg! We had a great time.
